TRFI

The Total Reportable Frequency Index (TRFI) is a measure for safety; the number of ‘reportable’ incidents (incidents leading to absence, medical treatment, alternative work or fatalities) per 1 million hours worked, assuming 1,600 working hours per FTE per year.
